How to find your account number and PIN for porting to Phreeli Wireless

The first step to transferring your number (porting) is to contact your existing provider. You will need your account number, and you may need either a PIN or a passcode. Below are instructions for each carrier. If your carrier isn’t listed or you need further help, contact us.

Important: Do not cancel your existing service until the transfer is complete!

AT&T

You will need your account number, and a number transfer pin. You may also need your passcode.

Account Number

Find your account number on your bill or through the AT&T account website. To access online, log in to your my AT&T account and go to Profile.

Porting PIN

Call/text

  • Dial *PORT from your device.
  • Follow the prompts to receive your Number Transfer PIN via text. You’ll need your passcode – see this page if you need help

AT&T app

  • Log in to the myAT&T app.
  • Navigate to Profile → People & Permissions.
  • Scroll down to Transfer Phone Number and Request a New PIN.

Website

  • Log in to your AT&T account.
  • Select Settings.
  • Scroll to Transfer Phone Number and click Request a New PIN.

T-Mobile

You will need your account number and a number transfer pin.

Account Number

Find your account number by logging into your T-Mobile online account.

Number Transfer PIN (NTP)

Request via T-Mobile App or Website:

  • Log in to My T-Mobile.
  • Select Request a Transfer PIN.
  • Follow the verification steps to obtain your NTP.

Request via Customer Service:

  • Dial 611 from your T-Mobile device or call 800-937-8997.
  • Request your Number Transfer PIN.
  • Follow the verification steps to receive your NTP.

Verizon

To transfer your number, you’ll need your account number and a number transfer pin.

Account Number

Go to MyVerizon account.

Number Transfer PIN (NTP)

Request via MyVerizon:

  • Log in to MyVerizon.
  • Go to the Number Transfer PIN page.
  • Select Generate PIN.

Request via Phone

  • Dial #PORT from your Verizon device to request a porting PIN.
